This will develop on the current automated system, enhance customer service and build extensive awareness alongside increased conversions and LTV via communications and narrative. This will also enhance the social proofing element as we can play a bigger role in the users journey and collect additional, high value media to use for future advertising.

Additional marketing budget in year 1 alongside the implementation of this sales team.

For 3-4 high level ambassadors from the pro golf or influencer golf spaces. The ambassador/affiliate program will grow in all directions, but we will aim to secure 3 or 4 high value individuals (or platforms) to lead our external output and bring their audience into the DRVN ecosystem. To bring in a team to build and develop the education element of DRVN. This will aid in enhancing the quality of our courses, increase delivery and give full support to individuals working through our certification courses.

To develop a secondary coaching app for our certified individuals. This will be a different platform building on our DRVN resources to allow those individuals to coach 1-on-1 anywhere in the world, under our brand and using the best platform possible for user experience. This will also give us an additional revenue stream as we take a hosting percentage of all transactions in the app.

To implement new content creation, collaborations and output vectors. This will be including the travel and logistics to get the highest quality media with the ambassadors above.
